Setup Events Once you have activated your account, you will have full access to the administration area to setup your events. The administration area provides you a suite of menus to populate the information for your events. These menus include:
As our registered customer, you will be provided with a personalized event website, at no additional cost, where all your events will be posted for registration. This area will also allow you to customize your own header images, background, colors, menus, and contents.
A mobile version of the website will be available, at no additional cost, to serve your clients, especially to those who are on the go and need to register your events while they are not in the office or home.
Setting up information for your events is easy. Create an event by entering its title, description, admission fee, date and time, time zone, location, display date and registration period. If you have additional costs associated with the event, such as discounts, promo codes and miscellaneous fees you can add them after the event is created.
NETME supports events with different fee structures from events with simple admission fees to events with multi-part fee structures and comprehensive registration entries.
Dates and times can be setup according to your time zone. Additionally, if your organization hosts events in multiple locations across the United States they can be setup according to their specific zone time for each event.
Various discount and promo code options are available:
Miscellaneous fees can be used in the case where additional fees for a specific event or for the entire checkout are needed. Miscellaneous fees can be applied to individual or all events. There is no limit on how many mscellaneous fees that can be applied.
Nonprofit organizations can setup to accept donations in an event or in general.
You can establish a database of your sponsors within NETME. Once the sponsor information is available, including their logos, you can assign them to specific events and their logos will be displayed along with the detailed event information during registration.
Short surveys can be created for your attendees. The survey will appear prior to your attendees checking out. |
